FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is operated by Page XVII by Jasmyne S. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Page XVII by Jasmyne S. Page XVII by Jasmyne S. offers this website, including all tools, information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, policies, conditions, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content

Terms & conditions should be carefully read before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement use any services we provide.

New terms or features that are added to our current site shall also be subject to the Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

POLICY

Our bridal gowns are 100% handmade from the finest materials. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. All of our collections and custom gowns are completely made to order. We do not have gowns/garments in stock for immediate purchase. We do not accept returns, exchanges and refunds under any circumstances. Consultation fees are nonrefundable under any circumstance and will go towards the cost of your gown/garments. If you decided not to go through with the production phase your consultation fee is still not refundable. Discovery calls and consultations are not a part of our 6 to 8 month production time. We do not start production until after a 50% deposit has been made. We advise to have all deposits made at least 6 months advance in order to guarantee delivery of your dress (unless otherwise specified). The remaining 50% is due before pick up of our gown. If 100% of the gown cost has not been made you cannot take your gown home until your balance has been paid.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Production time for our gowns/garments are 6 to 8 months. We offer shipping at a separate cost for all of our out of town brides who can not get to our Statesboro, Ga location. The shipping carrier and shipping cost will be given to you before shipping. A separate shipping invoice will then be emailed to you before shipping. The invoice must be paid before your gown/garments can be shipped to the address that you provided. Any other special shipping needs can to be discussed and charges will apply accordingly.

We do ship to our international clientele. International delivery times may vary for different countries. Clearance of the item will be processed and may have import duties or custom taxes applied. These taxes or importation duties are the responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid in order to release your shipment. Duties and taxes vary for different countries. Please contact your local tax department for confirmation of tax levies.

All packages are insured through the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to, incorrect delivery address, package refusal, or inclement weather. Please contact shipping carrier for orders lost, delayed or damaged during shipping. Page XVII By Jasmyne S. Is not responsible for any parcels once they have left our office.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

All of our gowns/garments are 100% handmade and made-to-order therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds under any circumstances. Consultations are completely non-refundable. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of your first deposit and will be eligible for full refund of the deposit. After 24 hours your deposit is no longer refundable.

SIZINGS

All of our gowns can be ordered in sizes 0-30 or custom measurement sizing. Our designer takes your unique measurements to determine which bridal number size your gown will be made in. If you choose our custom sizing option your gown/garment will be based off of your body measurements. All of our gowns are made-to-order, which means we do not begin constructing your gown/garment until after your 50% deposit has been made.

All measurements can be taken in person at our location in Statesboro, Georgia, or virtually via zoom. Theres no such thing as a bride who’s too far away!

ALTERATIONS

Your wedding dress is the one that you will want to have the perfect fit! In order to achieve that alterations will be needed. We do not offer in-house alterations to our gowns but we do have trusted seamstress that we recommend. Please understand that needing alterations is very common in the bridal world. If you decide to order your gown in our standard bridal sizing alterations will be needed. We also offer custom sizing to elevate drastic alterations needed to your at the end of the process. Custom sizing still does not mean that you will no need alterations. Alterations ensure that you have the perfect fit on your wedding day!

PRODUCTION, ORDERING & PRICING

Production time for our collections are 6 months. Production time for our custom gowns are 6 to 8 months. Our collection pieces are gowns designed by our designer Jasmyne. These gowns are always available unless they have been archived by our designer. We release our collections in Chapters. Our designer keeps on theme with our brand of telling stories throughout our collections. Custom gowns are new gowns that are specifically designed custom for a bride. During the custom gown process you work with our designer to design a one-of-a-kind gown for you. Please see the custom bridal inquiry page to see full details of this process.

We do not start production of your order until a 50% deposit has been made. The remaining 50% is due 5 days before pickup of your gown. We also understand that rush orders may be needed. Rush orders will require a small rush fee. All rush orders are approved or denied by our designer. If your wedding is in less than 6 months please contact us at info@pagexvii.com to discuss options for you! We would love to get you in the gown of your dreams.

Pricing for our collections are subject to change without notice. Pricing depends on material increase, shipping, or any economic changes.

CONTRACTS

All brides are required to sign our bridal gown ordering contracts. Contracts can be signed virtually or in-person. More details of our process and terms are located in our gown order contracts. Contracts are for proof of purchase. We have the right to terminate your contract with us at any time if you fail to meet payment deadlines or do no provide us with necessary information needed to complete production of your gown.
